New: Ticket for the ITB Transition Lab

The ITB Berlin Transition Lab enhances the congress with exclusive events, providing knowledge to drive change in the tourism industry. Focus: Future marketing with insights into 20 key theses in 90 minutes, e.g., "AI-driven search vs. algorithm aversion" and "Is sustainability a marketing factor?".

Disability pass

Ticket holders with a disabled person's ID card (mark ‘B’, ‘Bl’, ‘GL’, ‘aG’ or ‘H’) will receive a free ticket for the accompanying person on presentation of their ticket at a help desk on site.

• The public transport ticket can only be booked in combination with a Professional Visitor ticket.
• The validity of the ticket corresponds to the duration of your Professional Visitor participation: A one-day ticket entitles you to purchase a one-day transport ticket, while a multi-day ticket allows you to purchase a ticket for the entire event duration
